PixelMediq

Cloud-native enterprise imaging built for modern diagnostic workflows

PixelMediq is a multi-tenant medical imaging platform for hospitals, imaging centres, radiology groups, and teleradiology operators. A study leaves the modality, lands on a gateway inside the network, and is archived byte for byte. Readers open it from the local cache on site or from the cloud when they are not, report on it, and the report leaves as HL7 and FHIR.

One codebase runs cloud-first on AWS, fully on-premise, or hybrid. PixelMediq is the current engineering and product focus at Pixbots. The full product story, deployment options, security posture, and conformance statement live on pixelmediq.com.

The first focused enterprise product within Pixbots' broader LynxMediq healthcare technology portfolio.

What you get

Capabilities included with PixelMediq.

Cloud PACS

Ingestion, indexing, study lifecycle, and archive abstraction. Nothing is transcoded: the archive returns exactly what the modality sent.

Edge gateway

A DICOM C-ECHO and C-STORE SCP on your network that keeps receiving studies when the link to the cloud is down.

Diagnostic viewer

Zero-footprint reading in the browser, local-first with cloud fallback, so nothing is installed on the workstation.

Worklist and orders

RIS-lite patients, orders, scheduling, assignment, and reconciliation that share one record with the archive.

Reporting

Templates, versioning, finalization, and a reproducible PDF for every signed report.

Interoperability

DICOMweb (QIDO-RS, WADO-RS, STOW-RS), HL7 v2.5.1 ORU^R01, and FHIR R4 DiagnosticReport, with a published DICOM conformance statement.

Administration

Tenancy, role-based access, entitlements, an operations console, and an audit trail across every action.

Who uses PixelMediq

Built for teams that need this to work in production, not just impress in a demo.

  • Hospitals and hospital groups
  • Imaging centres and radiology groups
  • Teleradiology operators
  • Enterprise IT and security teams

In development

What is being built next

Active engineering work that is not yet part of the shipped product. The official site carries the current status.

  • AI-assisted reading

Assistive findings brought into the read with the physician in the loop.

  • Agents and MCP

An agent-ready surface through the Model Context Protocol. Current scope is read-only, so agents can query the archive without controlling it.
